Landscape Services Laborer Perkins Property Services Quechee, VT 05059 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, including lawn care, tree trimming, and hardscape installation. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns. Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Conduct tree trimming and tree care activities to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for various landscaping tasks. Support hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation as needed. Ensure all work areas are clean and organized at the end of each day. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and landscaping equipment is essential. Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for equipment maintenance tasks. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping techniques and practices.
