Lawn Care Technicians are independently responsible for both Residential and Commercial application of fertilizer, pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control, lime, insecticides, and fungicides. We are currently interviewing Technician candidates for our locations in Alabaster and Trussville. Experience is preferred, but not necessary. We have an extensive training program for both new and veteran technicians. If you are looking for a career in the lawn care industry this may be the opportunity for which you’ve been searching. The position of Lawn Care Technician is year-round and full-time. Our company is driven by exceptional people delivering quality service and great results for our customers. Mighty Green technicians earn a base salary, plus commission via incentives and sales, and can expect to earn between $40K to $55K per year.
