The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes, ensuring that our clients’ outdoor spaces are healthy and vibrant. This role involves a variety of tasks related to lawn care, landscape maintenance, and groundskeeping, requiring both physical stamina and mechanical knowledge. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain the appearance of residential and commercial properties. Execute landscape maintenance duties such as planting, weeding, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic appeal of gardens. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety around properties. Dig and prepare soil for new plantings or garden beds as needed. Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all tools are maintained in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their lawn care needs and preferences. Experience Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment is highly desirable. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks.
