We’re looking for a Lawn Care Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of maintaining and enhancing the outdoor spaces of our residential and commercial properties. Your work will help create inviting, well-kept landscapes that residents, tenants, and guests can enjoy year-round. Duties Operate power tools and hand tools for lawn care, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing lawns. Assist in the installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct regular inspections of lawns to identify issues such as pests or diseases and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance. Clear snow from driveways and walkways during winter months as needed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to lawn care equipment is advantageous. Experience in hardscaping techniques is a plus. A strong work ethic with attention to detail and a commitment to quality results. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
