The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lawn care, pest control, and landscape maintenance. This role involves applying various treatments to ensure the health and beauty of our clients’ properties. The Applicator will utilize a spray truck, mechanical spreader/sprayer, hand tools to effectively carry out their duties while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to lawns and landscapes according to safety regulations and best practices. Operate spray truck and spreader/sprayer for application tasks. Conduct thorough inspections of properties to assess treatment needs and identify pest issues. Maintain accurate records of applications, including types of products used and areas treated. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and educating them on lawn care practices. Collaborate with the sales team to promote services and assist in generating new business opportunities. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Follow all safety protocols while handling chemicals and operating machinery. Qualifications Experience in lawn care, pest control, or landscape maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with spray truck and mechanical spreader/sprayer is essential. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Knowledge of sales techniques related to landscaping services is a plus.
