The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with experience in maintaining outdoor spaces. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, tree care, and overall landscape maintenance. As a Lawn Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients’ properties are well-kept and visually appealing. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing lawns. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping duties. Engage in tree care activities such as pruning and planting as needed. Dig, irrigate, and maintain garden areas to promote healthy plant growth. Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or improvement. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet client expectations. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and effectiveness. Requirements Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscape maintenance. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
