Lawn Technician LCP Landscape, LLC Pell City, AL 35128 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves working outdoors to ensure the health and beauty of residential and commercial properties through effective groundskeeping and landscape management. Responsibilities Perform regular lawn care activities, including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing. Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees through proper pruning and care techniques. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various landscaping tasks. Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution. Assist in building landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Provide snow plowing services during winter months to keep properties safe and accessible. Monitor plant health and identify issues such as pests or diseases, implementing appropriate solutions. Maintain equipment in good working condition by performing routine checks and repairs. Qualifications Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, including irrigation practices and pest management. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools related to landscaping tasks. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within scheduled timelines.
