We are currently seeking experienced lawn care technicians to become part of our team for the 2025 season. We are looking for candidates with the following skills/background: Must have 1 year or more experience in the lawn care industry Candidates who currently hold a CT pesticide license will be highly considered Operate a company vehicle safely and perform work safely Have reliable transportation Have a valid driver’s license Must maintain a consistent attendance record Have a great work ethic and customer-focused mentality Have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Be able to work outdoors and complete outdoor physical work Ability to problem solve Participate in weekly agronomic training Participate in customer service training Relevant experience in the lawn care industry Come join our team!
