As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for the upkeep of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they remain healthy and aesthetically pleasing. Responsibilities Perform trimming to maintain a neat appearance. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Conduct landscape maintenance, including planting, weeding, and mulching Carry out tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance the visual appeal of properties. Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition. Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvements. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling chemicals. Qualifications Proven experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge for the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment. Familiarity with various techniques and plant care practices. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. Valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
