• Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Applicator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying pest control treatments, fertilizers, and other agricultural products to residential and commercial properties. The Applicator will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to operate farm machinery, power tools, and hand tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lawn care and landscape maintenance, as well as a valid driver’s license. • Responsibilities:

• Apply pest control treatments, fertilizers, and other agricultural products to residential and commercial properties as required
• Operate farm machinery, power tools, and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
• Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance duties, including mowing, trimming, and pruning
• Ensure all products are applied according to company standards and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to pest control and lawn care
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service
• Work effectively in a team environment, supporting other team members as needed

• Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with farm machinery, power tools, and hand tools
• Knowledge of pest control and lawn care techniques
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices
• Strong sales skills and the ability to promote our products and services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven ability to work safely and effectively in an outdoor environment
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are essential for this role.
