The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of lawn care and landscape maintenance. This role involves performing various tasks related to maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial properties. The Lawn Technician will be responsible for ensuring that lawns, gardens, and landscapes are healthy, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. Duties Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and fertilization to promote healthy growth. Execute tree trimming and pruning to maintain the shape and health of trees. Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Provide landscape maintenance services including weeding, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for improvements. Requirements Must be Fluent in English / Spanish Proven experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred. Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and hardscape installation is a plus. Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery safely. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites. Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
