Lawn Care Technician NE lawncare, LLC Pompano Beach, FL 33061 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for lawn care and landscaping, with the ability to perform various tasks that enhance the beauty and health of outdoor spaces. This role requires a hands-on approach, utilizing both mechanical knowledge and physical skills to maintain and improve lawns, gardens, and hardscapes. Duties Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure well-maintained landscapes. Utilize hand tools effectively for digging, planting, and maintaining garden beds. Assist in hardscape projects such as building patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. Operate equipment for snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access for clients. Maintain all tools and equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic repairs. Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvement. bring own equipment to job sites Experience Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical equipment used in lawn maintenance. Knowledge of gardening practices, including planting techniques and pest management. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
