Experience is highly preferred but we may be willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities and qualifications expected for this position
- Responsible for the day to day operation of a pest control services and customer route
- Address customer questions and provide service solutions
- Conduct inspections related to pest control to determine the source of pest activity and solutions
- Build customer relationships through friendly and courteous behavior during service visits
- Must meet physical requirements and be able to lift some heavy tools and equipment
- Successfully meet pre-employment background screen and drug test standards
- Must be able to work a day route with early morning starts and sometimes late days
- Clean cut appearance as well as a clean and valid Florida driver’s license
- Able to learn and retain information as well as complete daily tasks
- No work on most weekends Pay will depend on your level of proven experience plus commission on all new account sales that turn into service agreements.
