We are looking to hire a highly professional lawn care technician to service routes in the Greater Pensacola Area. We are looking for an experienced, hard working, individual to join our team. This position offers the satisfaction of delivering great customer service without being tied to a desk. This position includes a fully paid comprehensive training program. Qualified candidates must be organized; have good communication and computer skills; excellent observation and documentation skills; and be able to work cooperatively with customers and at all internal levels including top management.

Your work will include:

Applying fertilizer, weed control, insect control, and disease control Visually inspecting and treating for lawn and landscape pests Building and maintaining good customer relations Taking personal initiative and responsibility for correcting lawn issues Participation in group meetings and account reviews Completion of independent and group on-going training and willingness to work flexible hours Being an interactive member in a teamwork environment Be responsible for the day to day operation of a lawn care route Actively engaging with existing and prospective clients in order to grow the route(sales) We require technicians to: Be physically fit and comfortable treating 15 -20 stops per day in an outdoor setting Possess a valid driving record that meets company standards Show a stable work history Work independently and in teams Be comfortable working with insects and various small animals in a variety of environmental conditions Satisfactorily complete initial technical training, State Licensing requirements Pass a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle report, and criminal background check Successful completion of safety training and to operate in a safe manner Be willing to grow the route by offering service solutions to our clients We offer excellent pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans.
