Experience Job Description:
As a Lawn Care Technician, you will play a vital role in preserving and enhancing a client’s landscape investment. You will be responsible for mowing, edging, weed-eating, and blowing as well as pruning and trimming small trees and shrubs. Each day will begin at the shop with a brief meeting to discuss daily jobsite details/instructions with the Lawn Care Crew Leader and/or Management. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, and ensuring seasonal/weekly tasks are completed efficiently and safely while maintaining clean sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain lawns and landscapes for both commercial and residential clients 2. Operate a lawn mower/weed-eater safely 3. Operate a backpack blower to blow and gather leaves, hedge trimmings, and debris for removal 4. Operate pruners/trimmers to remove shrub and tree overgrowth 5. Load/Unload lawn care tools into/from work truck daily 6. Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, etc. as requested by client
QUALIFICATIONS
: 1. Compliance with Drug-free Workplace Policy 2. Possess current Driver License•
REQUIRED 3.
Maintain a driving record consistent with company standards 4. Present a professional appearance including wearing company gear 5. Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week 6. Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed based on weather 7. Ability to read, write, and speak English 8. U.S. Work Authorization
