The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong understanding of lawn maintenance practices. This role involves working outdoors to ensure the health and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. The Lawn Care Specialist will be responsible for various tasks related to lawn care, groundskeeping, and landscape management. Responsibilities Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to maintain a neat appearance. Execute groundskeeping tasks including weeding, mulching, and planting. Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in building hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Carry out snow plowing duties during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Install and maintain irrigation systems to promote healthy plant growth. Provide general lawn care services including fertilization, pest control, and disease management. Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects on time and to specifications.
