Key Responsibilities:
Perform lawn care duties, including mowing grass, trimming hedges and trees, debris removal, weeding, edging, hedging, raking, mulch installation, and planting flowers. Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and efficient completion of daily tasks. Communicate with clients and address any concerns or questions professionally and courteously. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and equipment. Assist with other landscaping duties as needed. Hudak’s Horizons is looking for a hardworking lawn care person to help care for residential and commercial clients. You must have 2 years of experience and show the places you have worked in lawn care on your resume. If you are not interested incoming to work daily- do not apply. Must want to work daily and show up for work. Must know how to use a commercial lawn mower and other tools to trim and edge Must know how to operate a backpack blower and gather leaves Highly motivated, knows what they are doing and applies attention to detail Drug free work environment, a random drug test policy is in force Ability to lift 60+ lbs. consistently throughout the day. Available to work a varied schedule (including Saturdays). Ability to tolerate the hot , humid or wet Florida weather conditions. Stoop, stand and bend for 10+ hours a day.
