Lawn Maintenance Technician NE lawncare , LLC Tampa, FL 33610 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for lawn care and landscaping, with the ability to perform a variety of tasks that contribute to the maintenance and beautification of residential and commercial properties. This role requires hands-on experience with lawn care techniques, as well as knowledge of tools and equipment necessary for effective landscape management. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain healthy and attractive lawns. Utilize hand tools and equipment for digging, planting, and maintaining gardens and flower beds. Assist in hardscape projects such as building patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance the appearance of trees on properties. Operate snow plowing equipment during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs as needed. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for improvements. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks. Requirements Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and mechanical equipment related to lawn maintenance. Ability to dig, plant, build, and maintain various landscape features effectively. Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques is a plus. Familiarity with tree trimming practices is beneficial. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
