My Organic Turf is hiring for an entry-level spray tech position. Training will be provided. Veterans are HIGHLY encouraged to apply! Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and will preferrably have previous landscaping experience with basic plant knowledge. Applicants must be able to drive a truck with a trailer and have a clean driving record. 40+ hours per week with time and a half for overtime. This job requires working outside and usually consists of (4) 10 hour days per week. You can enjoy having 3 day weekends! We are growing rapidly! There is an abundance of work with more coming in at a rapid pace, so that means opportunities for everyone. After 3 years of working under a license, you will be able to test out for your own certified operator’s license with an opportunity to own your own My Organic Turf franchise. These licenses are very valuable. Starting pay is dependent upon experience, with the ability to make $40,000-$60,000 with overtime.
