Open Positions & Responsibilities Tree Climber 2+ Years of experience required (with references) Perform safe and skilled tree trimming, pruning, and removals Operate climbing gear and/or bucket trucks / lifts for elevated work Identify tree health issues and recommend solutions Follow safety procedures and industry standards at all times This position can be Per Diem, Part Time, or Full Time (but must be ok with ground crew work / landscaping when not climbing) Lawn Technician +1 Year Experience Preferred Valid driver’s license and ability to pull and back up a trailer required Perform lawn mowing, edging, weed control, and general turf maintenance Identify and report issues such as pest infestations, turf disease, or irrigation concerns Use lawn care equipment safely and effectively Maintain clean and professional job sites Have the ability to communicate professionally and appropriately to all of our clients Ground Crew Support climbers and technicians by preparing tools and materials Assist in debris cleanup, equipment maintenance, and ground operations during tree work Operate tractors, skid steers, chainsaws, and other tools safely (we are willing to train) Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe Qualifications Experience in tree care, lawn care, landscaping, or related fields always preferred Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and teamwork mindset Valid driver’s license required (certifications in arboriculture/horticulture a plus) Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Ability to be proactive and learn quickly in new situations Why Work With Us?
