The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of Golf Course IPM practices. Particularly in equipment calibration and product applications. As a Spray Technician, you will be responsible for application of fertilizers and pesticides on the golf course in addition to helping with daily setup operations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily IPM programs Oversee the application of fertilizers and pesticides Keep accurate records in compliance with all state and federal laws. Manage the maintenance of equipment and tools used in application operations. Communicate effectively with supervisor and staff to understand the needs of the property and provide updates on project progress. Assist in the daily morning golf course setup. Assist in the standard cultural practices of golf maintenance and landscaping. Experience Experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping is required. Strong equipment skills with the ability to troubleshoot and overcome unexpected equipment issues. Knowledge of application techniques, product storage, and cleaning procedures. Experience in proper best maintenance practices. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members alike.
