• Conducting thorough interior and exterior inspections to locate dangerous pests Offering sound advice on both chemical and natural pest control remediation options Providing estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance Setting traps for rodents Spraying perimeters of homes and structures for termites, ants and other insects Safe and efficient removal of wasp, hornet and bee nests Laying down bait to eliminate rats and mice Covering holes with foam, mesh and wood to hinder rodent entry Recommending products and services for effective pest control Pest Control Skills and Qualifications•A clear understanding of the safety protocols for pest control.

Including wearing properly-fitted respirators (as needed) when working with chemicals and donning protective clothing and gloves Physical stamina to endure lifting of equipment and excessive bending and kneeling to locate pests in hard-to-reach areas Familiarity with electrical and plumbing systems in the event of infestations in the pipes or chewed wiring Good interpersonal and communication skills when speaking with customers and advising on treatment methods Exhibition of strong attention to detail when performing pest detection and treatment procedures Willingness to learn new extermination techniques and procedures based on industry trends Benefits
