Duties Perform regular mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to maintain a neat appearance. Execute landscape maintenance tasks, including planting, fertilizing, and watering plants and grass. Irrigate lawns and gardens effectively to promote healthy growth. Conduct tree care activities such as tree trimming and pruning to enhance the health and aesthetics of trees. Build hardscape features like patios, walkways, or retaining walls as needed. Dig and prepare soil for planting new trees, shrubs, or flowers. Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and servicing. Requirements Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is required. Strong mechanical knowledge to handle various landscaping equipment effectively. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance best practices is a plus. Familiarity with tree care techniques, including trimming and pruning methods.
