Lawn Technician Baker’s Lawn Service LLC Saint Cloud, FL 34769 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional lawn care and landscape maintenance services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. As a Lawn Technician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and health of our clients’ properties. Responsibilities Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure well-maintained landscapes. Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping projects. Assist in hardscape projects by building patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Dig trenches for irrigation systems or planting beds as needed. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency. Communicate with clients regarding their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for improvement. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials. Skills Proficiency in lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilization, and pest control. Experience with landscape maintenance practices such as planting, pruning, and mulching. Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, rakes) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) safely and effectively. Knowledge of hardscape construction methods is a plus. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks over extended periods. Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards.
