This role involves providing exceptional lawn care services to our clients, ensuring their outdoor spaces are healthy and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, with an ability to engage in business development activities to expand our client base. Duties Perform lawn care services including mowing, fertilization, aeration, and weed control. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Conduct outbound calling to potential customers to promote lawn care services and schedule consultations. Negotiate service agreements and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. Utilize software tools for scheduling, tracking service requests, and managing customer accounts. Market lawn care services through various channels, including telemarketing efforts. Provide expert advice on lawn maintenance best practices to clients. Maintain equipment and ensure all tools are in good working condition. Experience Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required. Strong business development skills with a focus on sales and customer relationship management. Excellent verbal communication skills in English; ability to effectively convey information to clients. Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is a plus. Familiarity with software applications related to scheduling and customer management is advantageous.
