We are looking for an experienced, hard-working pest control technician with a background in either General Household Pest or Lawn & Ornamental with a clean driving record. This is a full-time position, Tuesday through Saturday, and includes working outdoors. At least one year of pest control and lawn care experience preferred. This is a full-time position with a fixed salary paid bi-weekly. After 90 day probation period: Paid vacation Company truck Schedule flexibility as needed Must have clean driving record and be able to lift 50 pounds. Background check will be performed.
Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations. Implement effective pest control measures using appropriate techniques and products. Provide excellent customer service by educating clients on pest prevention and control methods. Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used. Operate and maintain pest control equipment and tools safely. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure efficient service delivery. Compensation is guaranteed, annual salary but broken down to hourly is anywhere from $20-$25 – leveling based on experience and tenure.
