Position Summary:

As a Fertilizer Technician, you’ll be responsible for performing and supporting fertilization services on residential and commercial properties. You’ll work closely with our Agronomic/Fertilization Service Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply fertilizer and pest control treatments safely and effectively Operate light-duty application equipment Communicate with customers and team members about services and schedules Maintain accurate service records and notes Meet production goals and uphold company standards

Qualifications:

Experience in residential and commercial pest control and fertilization is preferred Strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative Valid Florida driver’s license and insurable under company policy (requirement) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and walk properties of various sizes throughout the day Comfortable using communication tools (phones, texting, email) Professional, courteous demeanor with customers and coworkers Able to meet performance benchmarks How to
