We maintain over 400 properties and specialize in lawn care, hedge and palm trimming, irrigation, and landscape enhancements. We’re known for our professional team, attention to detail, and dependable service. Job Summary We’re hiring a Lawn Technician to join our crew. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, and be part of a team that takes pride in making properties look their best. While experience is helpful, we provide on-the-job training to help you build your skills and grow within the company. Responsibilities Mow, edge, weed whack, and blow off debris on residential and commercial properties Follow route schedules and complete service tasks efficiently and accurately Perform basic trimming of bushes and shrubs (training provided) Keep tools and equipment clean and in working order Communicate with team leaders and supervisors about property needs or concerns Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times Requirements Valid Florida driver’s license and a clean driving record (required) Willingness to work outdoors in Florida weather Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, and work on your feet throughout the day Dependability and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to pass a drug screening Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience in mowing, trimming, or lawn maintenance Familiarity with commercial mowers and lawn equipment Benefits Starting pay: $15-$18/hour, based on experience Consistent full-time hours Training provided with opportunity to grow into higher-paying roles Supportive work environment and respectful team culture
