The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and grounds maintenance, with the ability to perform various tasks that contribute to the beauty and health of outdoor spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proficiency in using hand and power tools. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns. Dig, plant, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties. Conduct tree care activities such as pruning and trimming to promote healthy growth. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Build and maintain outdoor structures as needed, ensuring quality workmanship. Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
