The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control, lawn care, and landscape maintenance. As a Spray Technician, you will be responsible for applying various treatments to ensure the health and beauty of our clients’ properties. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to operate farm machinery and power tools effectively. Duties Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to lawns, gardens, and landscapes according to safety guidelines and regulations. Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments. Operate power tools safely and efficiently to perform spraying tasks. Maintain accurate records of treatments applied, including product types, quantities used, and areas treated. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and educating them on pest management practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Utilize hand tools for various tasks related to landscape maintenance as needed. Requirements Previous experience in pest control or lawn care is preferred. Knowledge of lawn care operation is a plus. Strong sales skills to effectively promote services to clients. Ability to drive company vehicles safely to job sites. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. A commitment to safety protocols when handling chemicals and operating equipment. Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
