Lawn and Landscape Technician NE lawncare, LLC Lakeland, FL 33807 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for lawn care, possess mechanical knowledge, and be proficient in using various hand tools. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients’ outdoor spaces are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure a neat appearance. Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks such as digging and planting. Assist with hardscape projects including building patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and minor repairs to ensure optimal functionality. Provide snow plowing services during winter months to keep properties safe and accessible. Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects efficiently and to client specifications. Uphold safety standards while working in various outdoor environments. Qualifications Experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required. Proficiency with hand tools and equipment used in lawn maintenance and landscaping. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain landscaping equipment effectively. Ability to dig, build, and perform hardscape installations as needed. Familiarity with garden maintenance practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation between job sites.
