Pesticide Applicator To the Drop Irrigation, LLC Lake Wales, FL 33898 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pesticide Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality lawn care and pest control services to our clients. This position requires a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, the operation of light machinery, and the use of various power and hand tools. The Applicator will be responsible for ensuring that all applications are performed safely and effectively while delivering excellent customer service. Duties Operate and maintain machinery and power tools for effective application of pesticides, fertilizers, and other landscape treatments. Help out our irrigation division when Pesticide and Fertilization slows down. Conduct pest control measures by identifying pest problems and applying appropriate solutions in compliance with safety regulations. Utilize hand tools for various landscaping tasks, ensuring precision and attention to detail in all work performed. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services rendered and potential upsell opportunities. Maintain accurate records of applications made, including product types, quantities used, and areas treated. Adhere to safety protocols while working with chemicals and machinery to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care, pest control, or landscaping is needed – we are seeking a licensed individual. Familiarity with operating farm machinery and power tools is essential. Strong knowledge of pest control methods and lawn care practices is necessary. Ability to drive vehicles safely to different job sites as required. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in all tasks performed. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. Job Type:

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
