We take pride in our product and strive toward +1 improvement every day. With recent expansions, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Cleaning Technician to join our team! Applicants should note the starting pay is a range of $725 – $775 per week based on experience. Responsibilities Perform regular pool cleaning and light maintenance tasks to ensure optimal water quality and cleanliness. Comfortably and efficiently use a variety of hand tools to complete routine tasks. Identify any mechanical concerns with pool equipment and report those concerns to a supervisor immediately. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool, including precise chemical readings and dosages. Ensure compliance with role safety requirements while performing all tasks. Be comfortable using a mobile phone app to complete all work tasks. Safely operate a company vehicle and maintain proper storage of all chemical and tools inside the vehicle. Skills (Preferred) Mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and equipment. (Preferred) Experience in pool cleaning techniques and maintenance practices. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers. Detail-oriented Ability to comfortably and independently lift up to 80 lbs. Clean driving record within 2 years. Although the schedule of this position consists of a Monday to Friday service route, applicants may be required to work weekends due to weather delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
