MUST HAVE/BE
2+ yrs experience in all areas of lawn maintenance Integrity/Honesty Knowledge of commercial equipment use and techniques is required MUST know how to operate ALL Equipment properly, includes Mower, String Trimmer, Blower, Hedge Trimmer etc. in detail and efficiently Detail Oriented- uphold company standards while maintaining time efficiency MUST Be Reliable, have Reliable Transportation and Arrive On Time and Ready To Work for each scheduled shift Must have a Positive Attitude Take Pride in your work Respectful- to clients, management, co-workers & community Must have Clean Professional Appearance Must be Quick and Productive with Excellent Time Management Skills Must be able to follow specific directions and Hit the ground running. Must be able to perform physical labor, outside for 8-10hr work days.
CLEAN, VALID
Florida drivers lic. & experience hauling trailers a Plus
LCLM CERTIFICATION
a Plus 90 day probation period Must be ready to Work Hard Monday-Saturday. Part time (2-3 days per week) Full time & Part time positions available Starting Pay depending on experience, efficiency and skill level.
