What You’ll Do:
Pool Maintenance:
Test water chemistry regularly and make adjustments as needed to maintain proper balance Vacuum, skim, and brush pools to keep them crystal-clear Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all pool equipment Proactively identify and resolve water chemistry or equipment issues
Lawn Care:
Mow, edge, trim, and blow grass and landscaped areas Maintain bushes, hedges, and flower beds Assist in basic cleanups and landscaping tasks Maintain all tools, machines, and company equipment in good working order Communicate professionally with customers and record accurate service details daily Work independently to manage your daily schedule and route efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail Experience in pool care and/or lawn service is a plus — training provided Valid driver’s license required Own truck preferred Experience backing up utility trailers Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting equipment or water chemistry issues Ability to work outdoors, lift up to 50 pounds, and stay active all day Friendly communication and commitment to safety Why Join Us?
