Maintenace worker for mobile home park The Foundry Communities 3559 Joycliff Rd, Macon, GA 31211 Experienced Mobile Home Community maintenance worker needed ASAP. This is a 1099 position and can be up to 40 hours weekly depending on the needs of the community with summer/spring and fall having more lawn care and landscaping needs. Must have valid drivers license and own truck to pick up materials. Should have own basic tools and we provide lawncare equipement. Needs basic plumbing skills and experience coupled with basic construction skills. We have very few rented homes, so job is primarlity keeping community well landscaped and clean. Rate of pay is based on $15 hourly.
