The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with the ability to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure a well-manicured appearance Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Experience Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, plant types, and gardening practices is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
