Douglasville, GA 30135 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and lawn maintenance, with the ability to perform a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall health and appearance of residential and commercial properties. This role requires hands-on experience with various lawn care techniques, tools, and equipment, as well as a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance. Dig, irrigate, and install new landscaping features as needed. Conduct routine landscape maintenance including weed control, fertilization, and pest management. Utilize hand tools and machinery effectively to ensure high-quality work. Provide tree care services such as pruning and removal when necessary. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular checks and minor repairs. Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvements. Experience Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical knowledge related to lawn care equipment is essential. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
