Responsibilities:
Maintains all golf course areas and maintenance facility. Involves use of hand-held type equipment such as: weed eaters, backpack & push blowers, edgers, dew whips, self-propelled walking mower, flymows, rakes & shovels, core pushers, picks & pitchforks, level lawns, and water hoses. Operate Utility Carts Maintains sprinkler heads and valve boxes Maintains bunkers Maintains cart paths (edge and blow) Walk Mow Greens and Tees Daily cleanup of equipment and facility Record fuel use in fuel log Mow Fairways Mow Roughs Mow Approaches Blow Fairways and Rough Spread pine and hardwood mulch 3 times per week. Involves standing, load/unload mulch and hand spreading. All other duties as required by supervision.
Qualifications:
Prefer previous experience on golf course or construction site (including use of Heavy Equipment) Must be able to bend, stretch and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to perform outdoor physical labor in varying weather conditions.
