The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and possess a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, performing a range of tasks to ensure the health and aesthetics of lawns, gardens, and landscapes. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure a well-manicured appearance. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks Implement irrigation systems and monitor water usage for optimal plant health. Dig and prepare garden beds for planting, ensuring proper soil conditions. Build and maintain landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and decorative elements. Conduct regular inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify issues such as pests or diseases. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools safely. Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. A valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation to job sites.
