Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Applicator to join our team. The Applicator will be responsible for applying fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to agricultural or residential areas. This role requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Duties:

• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to safety guidelines
• Operate hand tools and power tools for application
• Drive company vehicles to various job sites
• Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns
• Maintain accurate records of applications and inventory levels
• Assist with sales efforts by promoting additional services

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pest control, farm work, landscaping, or lawn care is preferred
• Familiarity with farm machinery and equipment
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
