Spray Coating Technician-Temp to Perm 2

ND SHIFT :

STARTS AT1

30PM work for 10Hours (2 hours over times)

Salary:

From $20 perhour to $25 per hour (DOE) w/10% Shift Differential The idealcandidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience working in a PrintedCircuit Board Assembly (PCBA) Conformal Coating environment and theElectronics Manufacturing Industry. Candidates selected must havethe ability to adapt to spraying various conformal coatingmaterials. Prior experience operating several different types ofdispensing and coating materials. Additionally, we are seekingcandidates that have great communication skills, and can interactwell with colleagues in the Conformal Coating area, as well as teammembers in other departments.

Qualifications:

High school diplomaor G.E.D equivalent is required. 2-5 years’ experience in PCBAConformal Coating environment Expert in spraying PCBAs with variousconformal coating materials. Successfully train with and completeworking with other members of coating technician.

Responsibilities:

Mask and/or tape circuit boards in areas that are to be free ofconformal coating or potting. Inspect assemblies to ensure propercoating coverage. Maintain the coating and dispensing spraying gunsto ensure proper operating condition. Maintain coating materialslog to control FEFO (First Expired / First Out) . Remove any excesscoating and perform manual touch-up on areas the coating machinemay have missed to ensure boards maintain a consistent high qualitySafely and securely transport circuit board racks from onedestination to another to eliminate delays in the manufacturingprocess and production workflow. Perform general housekeepingduties to sustain a safe and clean working environment at alltimes. Be knowledgeable of the various materials used. Additionaltasks may be assigned by the supervisor to accommodate fluctuatingproduction requirements

Job duties are performed in a designated spray boothon the production floor in a factory setting. Noise level in theproduction work environment is usually minimal.
