We are seeking hardworking, self-motivated individuals with good customer service skills. Employee Benefits include Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Overtime, plus added Sales and Production Bonuses. Full Time Wages start from $18.00/hr to $20.00/hr and up, commensurate with experience. Guaranteed 40 hours and overtime. Duties Liquid and Granular Lawn Applications Diagnosing Turf Problems Live on the Job Communication with Customers regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvements. In the Field Estimate and Sales Responsibilities Skills & Requirements MA/RI Pesticide License, or we will train the right candidate. Valid Drivers License. Knowledge of lawn care techniques. Mechanical knowledge helps, but is not required, for equipment maintenance and minor repairs. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality results in all lawncare applications.
