Responsibilities:
Perform lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing. Complete seasonal services such as aeration, overseeding, mulching, and leaf cleanup. Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor with team members and clients. Ensure the job site is clean and organized after each visit. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 1.
Job Completion Accuracy:
Complete all tasks on schedule and according to client specifications with a 95% satisfaction rate. 2.
Efficiency:
Meet or exceed daily/weekly productivity goals set by management. 3.
Teamwork:
C ontribute to a positive and collaborative team environment with minimal conflict. 4.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, with zero preventable accidents reported. 5.
Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained, with less than 5% downtime caused by negligence. 6.
Client Satisfaction:
Achieve at least a 90% positive feedback rate from customers.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred – Willing to train the right individual. Ability to operate lawn care equipment (commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.). Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Physically fit and able to perform tasks in various weather conditions. A valid driver’s license
