Lawn Care Worker West Vue, Inc. 210 Davis Drive, West Plains, MO 65775 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team as a temporary employee. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a basic understanding of lawn maintenance practices. This role involves performing various landscaping tasks to ensure that our community properties maintain their aesthetic appeal and health. The Lawn Care Specialist will utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to deliver quality lawn care services. Responsibilities Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to maintain a neat appearance. Execute groundskeeping tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Dig holes for planting or other landscaping projects. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections. Follow safety protocols while working in various weather conditions. Qualifications Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required. Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively. Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and techniques. Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality work. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
