Landscape / Lawn Care Koehn Lawn Care, LLC Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and a strong understanding of various lawn care techniques. This role involves providing exceptional care for residential and commercial properties, ensuring that lawns are healthy, vibrant, and well-maintained. You will utilize hand tools and equipment to perform a variety of tasks related to mowing, landscape maintenance, and landscape installation. Responsibilities Perform regular landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing debris from lawns and pathways. Execute hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Maintain flowerbeds by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees; ensuring proper irrigation and care. Utilize hand tools effectively for digging, planting, pruning, and other tasks. Monitor the health of plants and lawns. Operate machinery safely including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other lawn care equipment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their lawn care needs. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred. Knowledge of lawn care techniques including mowing practices and proficiency in using hand tools and mechanical equipment related to lawn care. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina for lifting and moving materials. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
