The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves performing various tasks related to lawn and landscape upkeep, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The Lawn Technician will work both independently and as part of a team, utilizing hand and power tools to achieve high-quality results. Responsibilities Perform regular lawn care activities, including mowing, weed-eating, and leaf removal. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Carry out groundskeeping tasks to maintain the overall appearance of outdoor spaces. Monitor the health of plants and lawns, identifying any issues that require attention or treatment. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular checks and minor repairs. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or a related field is preferred but not required. Maintain a valid driver’s license Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in landscaping work. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Good physical stamina, capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
