Lawn Technician Turf Solutions, LLC Flora, MS 39071 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and a strong understanding of various lawn care techniques. As a Lawn Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetics and health of residential and commercial properties, ensuring that each lawn is lush, green, and well-kept. This role requires both physical stamina and mechanical knowledge to operate various landscape equipment. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance. Conduct tree trimming and care to promote healthy growth and enhance the landscape. Engage in landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and mulching. Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with groundskeeping duties including snow plowing during winter months. Execute hardscape projects as needed, ensuring proper installation and maintenance. Dig and prepare areas for planting or other landscaping projects. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their lawn care needs. Experience Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with groundskeeping techniques is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge related to the operation of landscaping tools and machinery is highly valued. A willingness to learn new skills related to garden maintenance, hardscape installation, and other landscaping services.
