The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and providing exceptional lawn care services. As a Lawn Technician, you will be responsible for performing various landscaping tasks to ensure the health and appearance of lawns and gardens. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to maintain a neat appearance. Dig, plant, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees as needed. Build and maintain garden structures such as raised beds or trellises. Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Conduct regular lawn care activities including fertilization, aeration, and weed control. Provide landscape maintenance services such as mulching and seasonal clean-up. Trim trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and enhance aesthetics. Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations Frequently lifting 50+ pounds Ability do safely drive and back up truck and enclosed trailer Skills Proficiency in mowing techniques and landscape maintenance practices. Ability to dig, plant, and maintain various types of plants effectively. Experience with hand tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks. Knowledge of lawn care Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
