As a Laborer/Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for lawns, gardens, and grounds in Weaverville NC and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:

• Loading and unloading of tools and materials which can at times call for heavy lifting
• Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Maintain garden beds by weeding, mulching, and watering
• Operate and maintain various hand tools and equipment
• Ensure proper care of lawns by aerating, seeding, and dethatching
• Assist with landscape maintenance projects as assigned

Experience:

• Previous experience in lawn care or groundskeeping preferred but not required. On the job training is available.
• Knowledge of tree trimming techniques is a plus.
• Ability to operate and maintain hand tools and equipment effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
